Mullite Insulation Brick-Hengli

Insulation blocks are available in Hengli, which require no mortar joints to produce sizes up to 610*500*100mm. These blocks give furnace designer more choices on specific area to reduce mortar joints and significant fuel & labor savings.
A large-scale machine shop at the factory is capable of supplying accurate machined shapes. Single brick tolerance is within +/-1mm while pre-assembled tolerance can be strict controlled according to drawings.
Hengli insulation blocks are divided into:
a. FJM23, FJM26, FJM28 grade according to ASTM standard;
b. High strength insulation blocks with CCS reach 10MPa

Orifice Rings for Glass Hot End

The Orifice Ring we produced also including the quality Zircon-Mullite (10-13% ZrO2 ;18-20% ZrO2 ).
As a daily work, we handle the testing of samples as following method:
Three vertical positions (top, middle and low) and five horizontal positions(right, mid-right, middle, mid-left and left), For each area, we can introduce a cloured tracer representing a glass defect as a 'heterogeneity in the glass structure'. High-resolution cameras record the behavior of the tracer. Results more than 150 trails were made covering all the above cases. to evaluate the performance of the patented rotor-tube we established a ranking from one to five as:
1. Sharp cord in the Orifice Ring.
2. Nearly sharp cord in the Orifice Ring.
3. Part of the tracer is mixed, part is nearly invisible cord in the Orifice Ring.

Corundum Bricks-Hengli

Hengli Corundum Bricks are made from high purity tabular alumina, fused alumina, sintered in high temperature shuttle kiln. The bricks possess characters of high density, high purity, low porosity, and good thermal shock resistance.
Hengli Corundum bricks can withstand corrosion attack in oxidizing atmospheres and highly reducing atmospheres. It can also withstand high temperature hydrogen attack.
Hengli Corundum Brick is available in standard brick sizes (straight, arches and wedges) as well as custom plates and shapes.
